What to expect

A guided experience for body & mind.

A gentle wellness session for anyone who has been feeling mentally busy, emotionally full, or simply in need of a reset. Through music, sound, stillness and guided somatic awareness, you'll be invited to soften the mind, settle the body and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, relaxed space.

No experience needed. No camera on. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to pause.
